Hekate in your chart

Hekate was raised in the underworld but was never restricted to it — she's a power unto herself, separate from Zeus's Olympians or Hades's domain, and historically feared by powerful men. That independence is exactly why she's so useful to work with: she rules crossroads, the lost and misguided, stray animals, and liminal, in-between spaces — which is really just another way of saying boundaries.

Hekate shows up in your chart as an asteroid, so depending on your software you may need to click around to find her (in Luna, all asteroids share the same star symbol until you click in). The first thing worth checking is her house placement, then what she's connected to elsewhere in your chart.
In my own chart, she lives in my 5th house, in Pisces — my 5th house also holds my North Node, my karmic growth direction, which makes learning about her feel less optional and more like something I'm meant to do. She's also close to Kali, my rage-love-destruction placement, which together feels like a lot of creative, boundary-pushing energy concentrated in one house. She trines my Scorpio Rising and Pluto — a supportive connection — but squares my Lot of Spirit, which is more friction: a sign that when I'm not living in my bold, creative, 5th-house self, other parts of my life feel a little off-course. Squares aren't a bad omen, just information — something to work with rather than around.

Her symbols and associations, if you want to build a practice around her: keys, crossroads, and sacred animal companions — she's often depicted with Cerberus, and with Hecabe, the Queen of Troy, transformed into a loyal dog at her side. If you leave offerings, a literal crossroads is traditional — just make it personal, and make it respectful.
